Hi,

Can someone provide pointers to behavior of exslt functions when invalid
format data is passed to the date functions? For instance, if 'abc' is
passed to date:date, will an error be thrown to the XSLT error handler?
Without installing an error handler for the transformation (i.e.,
command-line transformation), I notice that the function will return a
null or empty string in my results using XalanJ 2.6.0. I would like to
trap and react to bad data if possible.

Regards,
Matthew Hanson
