Links in module documentation to Java docs need to be updated

I just found that there are some links to the Java documentation in
exslt.org that need updating.  I haven't done an exhaustive search but here
are a few that I found in the Dates and Times module:

I'm not a java developer so someone please correct me if the above links are
not the optimum links.
