My apologies

I wan to apologize for my own part in poor support of the EXSLT
community this year.  The last I left working with EXSLT, Jeni had set
me up to update the site, and actually making my scheduled updates kept
getting put off for no time.  Honestly, I knew that if I waded through
the list, there would just be a lot more that someone has to do (and
right now the only such someone looks like me, and I have a company and
several OSS projects to run).

Today I hot hit in the head with what should have been obvious: just
wade in anyway, prepare a list of all that needs to be done, and ask for
help.

So I'm starting on that now.  Going through the backlog from the most
recent message backward.  Bear with me as I make the trudge.
