actually, I am closer to completion...I have a talk on EXSLT at XML
Prague 2005 and need to be done by June 25th maximum.

I have a few more hours left on setting up the build and dev process
which I will submit to EXSLT management list....I hate making any
promises...though I should be able to submit by this friday...when this
(if ever) it shows up as an EXSLT v1.2 is up to the rest of the
gang...so I agree with 'later on in the year' estimate!
