At the moment EXSLT is not supported on any Mozilla-based browser.  I 
have heard rumor from Uche that there have certainly been talks centered 
around such and effort, an effort I greatly applaud, but I doubt much 
you will be seeing native EXSLT support inside Firefox in time to finish 
up whichever program you are working on within a reasonable amount of time.

While not considered stable, you can download support for the 
str:tokenize function via Javascript and transformation files, of which
