EXSLT.NET licesnsing .....was Re: Re: Using EXSLT functions from Microsoft InfoPath

EXSLT used to be on www.gotdotnet.com where projects developed and
hosted there
contained a license called the;

GOTDOTNET WORKSPACES COMMERCIAL DERIVATIVES LICENSE

Copyright (C) 2003 Microsoft Corporation

with a copyright of Microsoft Corporation....hmmmmm that gives me a
giddy feeling.

now that EXSLT has moved to sourceforge and presumably a BSD license, a
few questions;

 I cant find in the XML.MVP distro any reference to the Microsoft license.

now i am confused...any help from anyone who knows better would be
appreciated.
