Re: set:distinct dropped from Saxon >= 8.2

This is a good notice.

We should know that some EXSLT functions are not relevant (and nobody will 
use them) in XSLT 2.0.

Such are most of the functions in the "set" module and, I believe, the 
date-time related functions. Of course, common:nodeset(), too.

It is good to reflect in the EXSLT documentation the existence of XSLT 2.0 
and the fact that when EXSLT was conceived, it didn't target XSLT 2.0 at 
all -- that different XSLT 2.0 vendors may or may not choose to implement 
certain EXSLT modules or may not implement EXSLT at all.

Clearly, we need to produce an entirely new specification for XSLT 2.0. In 
the meantime, while there isn't such specification, to put a notice on the 
EXSLT website advising the users to that effect.
