sorry I was being a bit thick,

there are no implementations of any of the dyn functions in XSLT or 
other templates...

that means u must use an XSLT processor that natively supports the 
functions...check your XSLT processor documentation.

and yes...we shouldnt have a link to a non-existent zip file!
