Dynamic evaluate Error

Hi 

I try to implement a dynamic extension in my xsl project, but i can't
implement this extension like a math becouse there is't no xsl file in
the zip module.

I can try to implement the dyn:evaluate()
<http://www.exslt.org/dyn/functions/evaluate/index.html>  extension like
a module?
