Geoprocessing extensions to EXSLT/'E'XPath 2.1

Hi,

Just before heading off to the pub on Friday ;-), I've managed
to add a page to the EXSLT2 wiki regarding this topic.

It would be great to engage some of the XSLT/XPath and OGC minds on this
topic.

an implementation of much of what is in that page as user-defined XSLT
and XQuery 
functions for saxon.
