MARCXML to Topic Maps? MODS to Topic Maps?

Hello Topic Mappers Open data movement is taking steps forward here in Finland. Helsinki city library has published all their library data as a huge MARCXML dump [1]. Although you are probably not interested in Finnish library data, it occurred to me that this could be a nice exercise and Topic Maps promotion to convert the MARCXML dump to a topic map. Therefore I am looking for a mapping from MARCXML [2] to Topic Maps and/or MODS [3] to Topic Maps. I know the issue has been touched in many research papers, for example [4], but still couldn't find a working implementation for these mappings. Do you know any?
