MARCXML to Topic Maps implementation - fixes and enhancements

Dear Topic Mappers

If you downloaded the MARCXML to Topic Maps conversion release of 
Wandora application, I would like to inform the release [1] has been 
updated. Update fixes some very obvious bugs in previous release and 
features some interesting enhancements: Conversion configuration and 
Batch converter. I have also written a rough illustrated introduction to 
the conversion feature [2].
