QuaaxTM 0.52 and QuaaxTMIO

Hi all,
a new version of the PHP Topic Maps engine QuaaxTM [1] is available. 
0.52 ships with the initial version of QuaaxTMIO [2] - the Topic Maps 
syntaxes readers/writers library which exclusively works against 
PHPTMAPI [3] and - thus - can be used by any PHPTMAPI implementation. 
Initial QuaaxTMIO comes with an XTM 2.0 reader and writer. Furthermore, 
the reader uses a PHP port of the Streaming Topic Maps API [4], [5].
The I/O tests are based on CXTM [6]. Switching to CXTM disclosed some 
bugs in QuaaxTM which have been fixed in current version. Therefore I 
recommend to replace 0.5* by 0.52 (DB schema has not been changed).
