ANN: New CRTM draft

Hi all,

I updated the Compact RDF to Topic Maps syntax (CRTM) draft.

Changes:
- The prefix directive is allowed within the CRTM body and is no
  longer limited to the head of a CRTM instance
- New (unreserved) keyword "ako" which creates supertype-subtype
  relationships

The new draft is available at

Mappify's RDF2TM service [1] supports the new draft already.
