Mappify's Topic Maps to Topic Maps [1] (aka "Crossdressing Topic Maps
-- a web service", kudos to Patrick [2]) supports JTM 1.1 (reading
only).

Although it passes all CXTM JTM tests, the support is still
experimental since the CXTM tests are not verified through 3rd
parties, so the current support is limited to what my simple mind
thinks JTM 1.1 is about.
