I got the request to support output formats other than XTM 2.1, but I
don't plan to support other formats.

It's possible to chain Mappify's services to get the topic map in
other formats.

Example:
* The Atom feed in CTM 1.0:
  <http://ws.mappify.org/tm2tm/?tm=http%3A%2F%2Fws.mappify.org%2Fany2map%2F%3Fsrc%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Ftopicmaps.bouvet.no%252Fplanet%252Fatom.xml%26format%3Datom&out=ctm>

Note that you may get an error (server error 500) if Mappify slept in.
Simply try it again.
