Hi Benjamin,

I just sent a private message to Jim Mason and Ken Holman regarding
this draft, with the message to the latter's email (the JTC1SC34
address as provided on the site) bouncing.

The message was essentially:

    I was wondering what might be an appropriate venue should I have
    some comments on the draft, as I have some experience using an
    expression of the DCMES/DCMT domain in XTM.

Where do you think would be an appropriate place to make those
comments?

[As an aside, I'd think an even more valuable expression of an
existing vocabulary in Topic Maps would be ANSI/NISO Z39.19-2005,
"Guidelines for the Construction, Format, and Management of
Monolingual Controlled Vocabularies", which would seem to be
something that might almost be considered a requirement in order
to create vocabularies such as the DC-in-Topic Maps one. I've
mentioned this before on the list but nobody seems all that
interested.]
