Ken stepped back from standards work last March. I still sent you his
current e-mail-address in an offlist mail.

Otherwise, we could maybe establish [1] as a place to consider new
standards, creating a project there is just a few clicks. However,
having more orphanes doesn't help.

As said, the next in-person ISO meeting of WG3 will probably be in
March 2011 in Prague. It would be good to have the comments in advance
(on the above mailing list), though.
