You can download the specification's PDFs from CEN's FTP server
[1]. But the documents at www.egovpt.org should be the sames. (I don't
recall any fixes, but the Wiki pages should incorporate all updates.)

Of course, I don't know the plans where to maintain the documents if
the maintenance continues at ISO.
