Hi Folks,

I ran across a reference to Snowded's 7 principles of rendering knowledge[1] earlier.  You may have seen it before, but on the off chance that you haven't (like me), I thought it was worth sharing on the basis of some of the discussion today on the list.

I think they're great and very relevant to the design of both topic map ontologies and the end-user interfaces we expect people to actually use.
