I see. Well, Austin, Texas is actually not very well mapped to RDF.
Let's take "Bremen" :)

The subject <http://dbpedia.org/resource/Bremen> provides ZIP codes
(postal codes) and geo:lat/geo:long literals. We're free to translate
that into subjects and make a better job better than DBpedia.

I don't suggest a 1:1 mapping of DBpedia to Topic Maps. People should
see an additional value.

A 1:1 mapping (i.e. treating DBpedia's literals as occurrences) may be
good enough for the initial translation, though.
