I think nobody wants to convert a DBpedia dump into a topic map and that's it. It translates only several names, the abstracts and a few associations to Topic Maps. I always wondered why nobody complained about the poor mapping. :) I am unsure if I published the mapping somewhere. But I can do that. The mappings are written in CRTM [3].
