I added this information to all PSIs. For "created" I chose
"published" and used the date of the latest version available on
isotopicmaps.org. This is not really the creation nor the first
publication nor the first official publication in most cases, but I
found it to be most helpful. If anybody disagrees, I can change the
dates to something more useful or we could distinguish between created
and updated. In this case, somebody needs to find out all these dates
-- and updated would not be entirely correct, either, because the
defining document was updated but not necessarily something related to
this PSI.

No matter how useless they are from a TMDM perspective (I find them to
be valuable from a TMRM perspective), they are in the standard,
therefore there should be pages for them. I added a note saying that
they should only be used to make assertions about the usage of these
terms in the TMDM.

Regarding "unwanted things": I also created
http://psi.topicmaps.org/iso13250/model/name-type with a note that it
is wrong and should not be used and pointed to the correct identifier.
