TMCL constraints and supertype-subtype relationships

Hi all,

Given the following constraints:

      tag isa tmcl:topic-type;
          has-name(dc:title, 1, 1).

      geo-tag ako tag;
          has-name(onto:name, 1, 1).


Must "geo-tag" have exactly one "dc:title" name and exactly one
"onto:name" name?
