     tag-name isa tmcl:name-type;
         matches-regexp("[A-Z]+[0-9]+").

     geo-tag-name ako tag-name;
         matches-regexp("[a-z]{2}").

Acc. to my understanding of the meta TMCL schema it is not forbidden
to have multiple "matches-regexp" rules. So, which RegExp is executed
during validation of "geo-tag-name" instances? Both?
