Adding 4 axes wouldn't have the same effect, but my conclusion would
be the following rule of thumb: Do we loose expensiveness if we don't
add them? Are we introducing a doubtful terminology/value? Is it
possible to add them later if we have enough experience with TMQL and
keep backwards-compatibility? Where is the trash-bin? ;)
