This is based on a brand new combinations of two semantics, the first is the "Oups, there is a deadline and someone has to do something quickly" semantics, the second is "Co-Editor-in-Spe didn't provide feedback in time" semantics. However, we found out that these two don't play well together. The next update will include a fix. But thanks for the pointer - sometimes we need a while to find out what is good and what isn't.
