TMLab closed down - Impacts?

Hi there, I don't use Twitter anymore but today I saw that the TMLab closed down [1], [2]. Funnily, I found, due to the release of Tamana [3], some bugs in Tamana and the TMQL implementation. Now I wonder what will happen to the TMLab projects? Are they unmaintained from now on? Makes it sense to report issues? Some official statement would be helpful, I think.
