Hi,

Due to questions: The SPARQL 1.1 Graph Store HTTP Protocol has nothing
to do with the query language SPARQL. It's a REST/HTTP protocol, you
don't need the SPARQL query language to implement it (well HTTP PATCH
requests are expected to carry a SPARQL Update payload).

Maybe the confusion was caused due to my imprecise wording at the end
of the message where I shortened "SPARQL 1.1 Graph Store HTTP
Protocol" to "SPARQL 1.1 HTTP protocol". Sorry.

If you read the spec [1], you'll see that you don't need any other
SPARQL 1.x technology.
