Greetings! I will be blogging about it as soon as I can get a copy of the paper but see: Semantic Web Service Composition Based on Topic Maps http://www.scientific.net/AMM.121-126.4142 From China and published in Applied Mechanics and Materials. Come to think of it, someone should ask Lars Marius if he knows the authors. I know he spent some time on China talking about topic maps.
