TMQL, next round

You may have noticed that the latest TMQL draft was submitted
recently

The rest of the document contains a more in-depth discussion of the
language. It is still a bit flaky towards the end. We are working on
improving it.

There is also now an issues list

at least containing those things which we are aware of. You may have
