TMQL Use Cases published

The TMQL use cases document has now finally been published. We'd be
very interested to get feedback on this, whether here or to the
authors personally.

Also, we're hoping that people who have topic map query language
proposals will sit down and write up the solutions to these use cases
in their respective query languages, since this will help us evaluate
the existing proposals.

Yours truly will certainly do this for tolog.
