The source of the parser, including a very clean file containing just
the productions in BNF format (Haskell is a very nice language for this
sort of thing... these BNF production are directly compiled!) is
available as the YamlReference package in the Haskell libraries
database:

I did tweak the included yeast2html though. I'll probably make a 0.4
release. Also, the productions will make their way into a new version of
the spec - I'll try to set up the svn server for it this weekend and
begin work integrating the great many inputs we have got about the last
published draft...
