First, I'm sorry for my bad English.

Hello, I'm from Republic of Korea.
And I'd like to translate YAML specification into Korean.
I have two questions.

First, May I translate YAML's specification into other
language(especially korean)?

Second, May I distribute it to other people by on-line(or web)?
(including limitation of translated specification such as "having no
normative", "being able to contain errors that not in original spec")
