How to get Binary Windows Version of YAML

I downloaded the newest source tarball from http://pyyaml.org/download/libyaml/yaml-0.0.1.tar.gz
and try to compile in my Windows System (MSYS) but  some errors occurs, How can I get binary windows version of YAML?
