Draft 2008-04-12, YamlReference 0.9.1

Both have been uploaded and ypaste was updated accordingly.

Fixes:
- A lot of language issues and example fixes (thanks Brad!)
- Added restriction of tag properties to avoid using , { } [ ], so
writing [!foo] now has the expected meaning.
- Fixed a bug in the lookbehind implementation, so ' #' properly starts
comments (thanks again Brad!). Note that the productions were correct.
- Enhanced the comments for lookahead/lookbehind inside the productions.
- Run a spell checker on the whole thing and fixed some additional
typos.

I also took the liberty of doing a quick edit to Brad's YAML tutorial to
fix the comments examples accordingly.
