This is definitely not in the scope for YAML 1.2, which we are working
hard on finalizing.

Using the double colon is definitely not a good idea for compatibility
reasons, as pointed out by rjbs. We do have two reserved indicators: `
and @, of course, so in a hypothetical future YAML X.Y one may
conceivably allow something like:

	hypothetical: `Larry's law: everyone wants the colon.

But I wouldn't hold my breath :-)

This is an interesting notion though, and we'll keep it in mind - thanks
for bringing it up!
