Yikes! You are right. Two nits though: First, it should be followed by ns-plain-char and not ns-plain-safe. Second, in c-ns-flow-map-separate-value, c-mapping-value must not be followed by an ns-plain-char. Nice catch! I've fixed this immediately into the 2009-09-29 patched version. Thanks!
