I was thinking that it might be cool to have a REST specification for accessing the data within YAML files. yaml://some.domain.com/example.yml/<ypath> The syntax for the <ypath> portion of the URL would need working out, but I think this could be very useful for embedding information in other documents. I imagine the same could apply to a jsync://, and that might be able to get a faster footing since it is simply JSON.
