Re: Timestamp format - Why are seconds required?

As far as I understand in the latest specifications (after 1.1) the
support for !!timestamp implicit value is not mandatory (this is good
!). I am sure that out of the box, without any extra configuration,
YAML parser should support only the values which are present in JSON
to avoid confusion.
For instance the !!bool value should not have 18(!) possible
combinations. And the sexagesimal integers (base 60 - '1:20' = 80)
only confuse end users.
Supporting !!timestamp shall be dropped. If users wish, they can
always add the specific regular expression for the values they want.
This support is now present in PyYAML and SnakeYAML.
Any magic, when it is not explicitly requested, creates a lot of
headache for powerful users.
