Ok, so all tags are *verbatim*, and there is no official spec that says `tag:foo` should be considered the same as `foo`. Is the correct? Also, to be clear, is there any reason that Psych transforms `foo.org,2000/foo` into `foo.org,2000:foo`? Why would it change the '/' to a ':'? maybe b/c of old spec or something? I appreciate the help.
