You get an error, because this is not a valid YAML syntax.

Kumar, we really can't help you.
Your only chance for help is to tell which product you try to use.
What is the class, which sends mail using this YAML-file as it's configuration.

I tried to google "com.whs.spec.mailconfig" but it doesn't give any results.

Until you tell that I will refrain from any further comments.
You really should be talking to the developer of that mail-class, not to us.
