does libyaml have API docs hidint somewhere?

I see https://bitbucket.org/xi/libyaml/src/tip/include/yaml.h?fileviewer=file-view-default has comments that look like they turn into API documentation somehow but I didn't see that on the web page itself, is it lurking somewhere?
