not only the rules should be simpler, but the AMOUNT of rules must be
reduced.
Everything which is not intuitive and requires explanation must be dropped
(like leading/trailing spaces and chop indicators).

If the goal is to allow humans to read and edit YAML documents - we need
YAML 2.0
If the goal is "machine-to-machine" communication (serialise/deserialise) -
we need YAML 1.3 (or YAML 1.2 is already enough)
