about the cross compiler, i came across SPJ SYSTEMS C
Cross compiler about three years back... we worked on
philips p89c51rd2 microcontroller... but that was some
time ago... i guess you can have that they provide the
kit+training for it also.. check out
www.spjsystems.com

OR also for more options you may visit or contact

OR you may pick up any old copiy of EFY and you'll get
quite a few options there...

OR try googling, you might get one for sure! try
