Want to create libraries in C and include same through use of header files

Hi,

I am a rookie in C programming and would appreciate some help to understand
how to create libraries in C and similar object files in C and include them
in my code using header files which contain the definitions.

Information about the same in Linux as well as Turbo-C (DOS ) environments
would be helpful.
