Exciting opportunities for Application Performance Engineer 

We are currently looking at professionals with exposure in the following 
skills. 

Requirement: 

Linux system administration including shell scripting, configuration of web 
servers, mail servers, proxy servers, MySQL with clustering and 
replication(must) 
Experience with MySQL alternatives like percona and live backup solutions is 
a plus
Knowledge of server security is required 
Knowledge of protocols like smtp, imap, pop, ssh, DNS etc.(must) 
Experience with amazon services like S3, SQS and EC2 is beneficial 
Experience with REST base APIS(must) 
Python experience with multithreaded applications required 
PHP experience with good grasp on OOPS concepts required 
Job Roles: 

Automating system administration tasks and link them to a central control 
system
Monitoring system performance and identifying bottlenecks 
Designing multi-threaded Linux based services 
Designing Redundant servers with load balancing options 
Managing and improving backup solutions for thousands of users which are 
linked to the cloud 
Maintaining and enhancing PHP based system which is used for managing all 
servers 
Writing tools to analyze server statistics like load, disk use, memory use 
etc. 
Improving performance by using techniques like caching, multi-threading and 
prioritizing processes 
Design failover systems for fast switchover.
Maintaining scripts for installation, configuration and upgrades for server 
software like mail server, web server, caching proxy etc. 
Selecting and deploying tools for monitoring servers and provide services 
like web mail etc
