I talked to Dell and they say that there is no problem in Hardware. I tried
to boot with SystemRescueUSB stick and it worked well. Is it possible to
rescue my grub? or get my system back?

Yes i see the grub menu but when i select it, system goes down after a
while. By the way i have got my mother board replaced by Dell just now so i
don't think now RAM should be an issue.
