Hey,

During PyCon I engaged with different communities and their working.
One of them was bangpypers and I really like how they work. I feel at
ILUG-D we are complicating things too much. Here are some points I got:

- Plan out venues for all upcoming meetups.
	- Connect with venues that can partner with us on a long term basis.
	- Set venues for atleast 2-3 (or more) meetups in advance

- Theme based meetups
	- Have a series of meetups on a specific theme
		- Beginner, intermediate, Advanced
	- Then reach out to speakers depending on the theme

- Seperation of concern
	- Before every meetup do call for volunteers and give out tasks.
		- They will be responsible for doing that task. Like social media,
mailing list.

- Expenses
	- Reach out to local sponsors and organisations that provide support
for communities.

What do you folks think?

Regards
T K Sourabh
