Confirmed venue for November Meetup

Hey,
We have a confirmed venue for our next meetup. The good folks at NIPFP 
has provided us with a great venue for 25th of November. Looking 
forward to meeting you all.

Meetup Date: 25th of November

Direction: Get off at Hauz khas metro station and take an auto or a cab 
to the location. It's near to JNU and secular house canteen.

Also we are looking for speakers for our December meetup too. Please 
propose your talk at github.com/ILUGD/talks/issues

The meetup is free of cost to attend and quite beginner friendly. We 
encourage beginners be it college students or just graduated folks, 
everyone is welcome.
